knowledge in managing and securing electronic communications. To achieve certification
in Clearswift products you will need to demonstrate your technical knowledge
and proficiency by passing the examination that accompanies your training course.
Certification requirements
 The
MIMEsweeper™ Certification Program has the following levels:
Certified MIMEsweeper Administrator
(CMA) |
The CMA program recognizes a
foundation level of technical expertise. In the exam, you must
demonstrate your ability to:
- Complete installation for a range of deployment models
- Perform a range of system configuration tasks
- Define, configure and manage policies

Certified MIMEsweeper Sales Professional
(CMSP) |

The CMSP program recognizes a foundation level of knowledge in
the issues surrounding the sale of the MIMEsweeper SMTP Appliance.
In the exam, you must demonstrate your ability to:
- Present the features and benefits of the MIMEsweeper SMTP
Appliance
- Describe the available models and licensing options
- Explain the support and maintenance offering
- Describe the process for obtaining evaluation units

Certified MIMEsweeper Engineer (CME) |
The CME program recognizes an
advanced level of technical expertise. In the exam, you must demonstrate
your ability to:
- Complete installation for a range of deployment models
- Perform a range of system configuration tasks
- Monitor system performance
- Define, configure and manage policies
- Identify the cause of failures and determine their resolution

Certified MIMEsweeper Installer (CMI) |
[For appliance only]
The CMI program recognizes a foundation level of knowledge in
the installation of the MIMEsweeper SMTP Appliance. In the exam,
you must demonstrate your ability to:
- Install the MIMEsweeper SMTP Appliance
- Familiarize the customer with the default policy
- Verify that the system has been configured to receive automatic
updates
- Modify the default policy
